Prestigious personalities of the world of gastronomy, winemakers, writers and critics will take part in the program helping to promote our wines.

A wine personality will be invited.

To each course The Wine Academy of Spain usually invites personalities to speak at the event and assist Pancho Campo MW to conduct part of the program and the masterclass on icon Spanish wines.

César Saldaña
CEO for the Consejo Regulador de las DD.OO. Jerez-Xérès-Sherry y Manzanilla Sanlúcar de Barrameda. He is an expert lecturer on Sherry wines, its history and culture.

Juli Soler
Co-owner, with Ferran Adriá, of El Bulli voted as the best restaurant in the world. Juli is an enthusiast of Spanish wines, with a broad experience in pairing them with the outstanding food from his restaurant.

John Radford
Journalist, lecturer, wine critic and one the most recognized expert on Spanish wines. A true ambassador of our industry in the English market and worldwide.

Frank Smulders MW
He is the only Master of Wine from Holland, with a broad experience working as a consultant in different areas of the wine business. He is always ready to cooperate in different projects to help promote Spanish wines.

Javier Zaccagnini
He is the founder of Aalto, in partnership with Mariano García. Aalto PS is regarded as one of the modern icon wines of Spain. He is a former President of the Consejo Regulador of the D.O Ribera del Duero.

These are some of the wine personalities who have accepted to take part in some of the Spanish Wine Education programs. Other wine celebrities and personalities will be featured at some of the courses depending on their availability.
