This program is a certified, comprehensive and all inclusive 3 day Spanish wine course, with an intensive tasting component (more than 50 wines). . It covers the most important Spanish Appellations, climates, soils, history, wine styles, grape varieties, etc. The course also includes an intensive and in-depth section on Sherry and Andalusia and its wines. It will end with an exam that comprises a theory part and blind tasting. The top 15 high-scorers will be treated to a week Spanish Wine Tour covering Spain's top DO's. (travel to and from Spain not included)
